Backend на Phalcon PHP для **THEVOICE**

Для работы **необходимо скачать и установить Phalcon** на сервер. Инструкции можно прочитать [тут](http://phalconphp.com/en/download).

- PHP >= 7.0
- Nginx c php-fpm
- Phalcon Framework >= 3.0
