Store Notifier

Store registration:

$storeNotifier = new StoreNotifier($myStoreDir);

$storeNotifier->store($myStore);
$storeNotifier->store(...);

$store->log($myStoreEntry);

Store notification:

```

Store locking:

Create a listener:

Add a listener into the store notifier:

```
$store->getDispatcher()->addListener(SendEvent::EVENT_SEND, array(new EchoListener() , 'send'));
