1. Navigate to the TYPO3 backend.
2. Edit the backend user & add the below code into User tsconfig

```
options.enableModifyClearCache = 1
```

3. Save config & clear cache.
4. Login as the new/edited user & access directly from the Clear Caches dropdown in the navbar.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to clear processed files.
6. Confirm the action when prompted.
7. Enjoy a clutter-free fileadmin directory!
