It is used to implement \[change propagation\]\[\] in \[Wikibase\]\[\]. Development ----------- [](#development) This library is developed as part of Wikibase, under the \[lib/packages/wikibase/changes/\]\[\] tree. It is also exported as a separate Git repository, \[wikimedia/wikibase-changes\]\[\], but this is a read-only view.
