Sitemap.xml custom routes

Allows CMS admins to define custom routes to include in their sites sitemap.xml. This module requires the [silverstripe-googlesitemaps](https://github.com/wilr/silverstripe-googlesitemaps).

Installation
------------

Extract all files into a folder called "sitemapxml-custom-routes" under your SilverStripe root or use composer (recommended):

```
composer require webbuilders-group/silverstripe-sitemapxml-custom-routes

```
