User SideMenu plugin for OctoberCMS

Adds side backend menu to [RainLab.User](http://octobercms.com/plugin/rainlab-user) plugin.

- add button for adding new user
- show buttons for all users and user groups
- add three extra buttons as you want

Tested with the latest stable OctoberCMS build 419 (with Laravel 5.5).
