Simple authentication using Shibboleth

For usage, include into your config.neon:

```
    ShibbolethAuthenticator: Vojir\ShibbolethAuthExtension\DI\ShibbolethAuthExtension

```

and into .htaccess append:

```
AuthType shibboleth
Require shibboleth

RewriteRule ^Shibboleth\.sso.*$ - [L,NC]

```
