### 对常用错误日志进行处理

所有的错误日志都要记录到公共的地方(目前为表)

对一些异常有单独处理

这里的异常并不包罗万象 只是个人认为的一些通用异常

一些特定逻辑的异常无需写入到这里 (比如加密失败)

这会引起一个问题 有些时候无法 确定 一个异常类 应该存在于 某个特定功能当中

亦或者是存在与这个包当中(持续探索中)

思考 如果都是 InvalidArgument 在不同的业务场景中

比如redis 中 参数不合法 和 发请求的时候参数不合法 是否应该是两个 InvalidArgument
