Installs react, inertiajs and tailwind.

Usage: first install the preset

```
composer require tortlewortle/laravel-inertia-react-preset
```

Run the preset:

```
php artisan preset inertia_react
```

Install dependencies and compile assets.

```
npm install && npm run dev
```

Hot Reloading

```
npm run hot
```
