- a method for deeply merging: `$arr = TJM\Component\Utils\Arrays::deepMerge([], []);`
- a base-n converter to convert from / to integers and shorter strings: `$str = (new TJM\Component\Utils\BaseNConverter('newBase64'))->to(123);`
