The **Tiny-MVC Installer** is the official command-line interface (CLI) utility designed to quickly scaffold and initialize new projects using the **Tiny-MVC** framework.

Inspired by modern PHP ecosystem workflows (like the Laravel Installer), this tool downloads the boilerplate skeleton, configures dependencies, and sets up your development environment in seconds across Windows, Linux, and macOS.
