This is an **arguments parser.** Based on [yargs/yargs-parser](https://github.com/yargs/yargs-parser).

Currently, only parser is implemented.

Since `yargs/yargs-parser` is released under ISC, and I borrowed almost all codes from them. This library is using ISC as well.
