Array associative shift

This fills the ever so needed gap - provides array\_shift for shifting a value associated with a provided key

Usage
=====

Call [`array_assoc_shift`](src/Function.php) with key you want to shift as first parameter, and a reference to array, you want to shift value off, as second. This will return the value, and remove it from array.
