`substancephp/skeleton` is a scaffolding for creating PHP library packages.

Usage
-----

Run the following command:

```
composer create-project substancephp/skeleton my-package

```

Then replace generated code as needed. In particular:

- Find the word `skeleton` and update it to the actual package name
- Update dates especially the date in the attached license
