Installs the following package in your Laravel app:

    - [symfony/form](https://github.com/symfony/form)

And sets up accessible forms in your Laravel app:

- Adds AccessibleFormsServiceProvider
- Registers Twig helpers
- Registers Blade directives
- Defaults to the `accessible-forms.html.twig` form theme
