The recommended way to install the extension is using Composer.

Run the following command within your Composer based TYPO3 project:

```
composer require stefanfroemken/mysql-widget

```

#### Installation as extension from TYPO3 Extension Repository (TER)

Download and install `mysql_widget` with the extension manager module.

### 2.2 Minimal setup

1. Visit DashBoard module
2. Click the + icon in the lower right
3. Choose tab `system information`
4. Choose one of the MySQL widgets
