Есть 2 сервиса, возвращающие курсы валют:

Необходимо написать библиотеку, которая будет вычислять средний курс евро и доллара по этим двум сервисам на передаваемую дату.

При недоступности одного из сервисов должно генерироваться исключение.

Код должен быть максимально покрыт тестами.
