Open .env file and make the correctly modifications
Open package.json file and change if necessary the "Script: { dev: vite --host localhost}" to your host

The project have a default laravel installation!

Follow these steps
1) composer install
2) npm install
3) npm run build
4) php artisan artisan:storage-link
5) php artisan migrate --seed
6) php artisan key:generator
7) php artisan websockets:serve
8) php artisan serve
9) php npm run dev (Just in DEV mode)
