SMS Transmitter employing MessageBird API

The *SourcePot\\Sms\\Sms*-class implements the Datapool `Transmitter` and `Job` interface. It is configurated by the "*Admin → Transmitter*"-App. The SMS job method creates a signal for the prepaid value.

- Editing credentials to access MessageBird,
