- 之前在 laravel 中文论坛发现不少干货，也一直在使用（贼嗨）
- 但是发现每次新建项目的时候得需要把这些文件复制进来，而且有时候一个地方做调整，所有项目的都需要同时改变，为了一起升级嘛
- 可是上述现象是不能容忍的，违甚至背了编程的基本原则（偷懒），所以这个扩展包应运而生，势在必行，不容乐观
