Provides an UUID(v4) field for Carbon Fields

Adds a `uuid` field type to Carbon Fields. Install using Composer:

```
composer require sectsect/carbon-uuid
```

Usage example:

```
Field::make( 'uuid', 'my_uuid' );
```
