Anax comment module.

Usage
-----

Short examples on how to use the module comment.

- Install via `composer require schanihbg/comment`
- Copy `route` folder from `setup` to `config` folder.
- Insert changes from PHP files in `setup` to corresponding PHP files in `config`.
- Copy content in `view` folder to corresponding `view` folder.
- Modify `config/database.php` for connection to database.
- Import `ramverk1_comment.sql` and `user.sql` to database.
- Create user and change admin flag if needed in database.
