Contact Form

This is a Contact form template which is create by using PHPmailer php mail sending library. This Contact Form is customized email template to be sending email site owners. In this contact form, I used 3 images.

You cant download this from here and extracted... step to set up this....

1. Change this stmp host by your SMTP SERVER.
2. Change user name & password
3. Change logo url of **{{TO\_IMG1}}**

Further in few days, I will update this and add a feature to send same user in same time.
