Пакет включает в себя:

- Endpoint для приема изменений курсов валют
- Команду для запроса всех актуальных курсов валют

В обоих случаях диспатчится событие RateChange, которое необходимо обработать в приложении.

При использовании команды необходимо задать SERVICE\_URL в .env
