Private Messages for RunBB forum plugin

Install
-------

1.

go to Administration -> Plugins -> repo -> find `Private Messages` -> click `composer`

in modal window click button with `require runcmf/runbb-ext-pms`

2.

after close modal, page refreshed and you see `Private Messages` marked as **installed**

go to Administration -> Plugins -> `Private Messages` -> `Activate`
