Adds a `where` command to composer, to help with locating and testing installer paths.

Usage
-----

Add this repository to you global composer install or composer project, using the following command

```
composer [global] require roygoldman/composer-where

```

You can then locate the project by running the following command.

```
composer where vendor/package

```
