2. Unzip the file.
3. Create a folder at `[Magento_Root]/app/code/Risecommerce/Gdpr`.
4. Move the unzipped files to the directory `[Magento_Root]/app/code/Risecommerce/Gdpr`.

- php bin/magento module:enable Risecommerce\_Gdpr
