Revaly RAP SDK for PHP

Official Revaly SDK for the Revaly Authorization Platform (RAP). A server-side client library that gives merchants a standard, supported way to integrate RAP.

> **Status: placeholder release.** This SDK is under active development and is not yet functional. This initial release reserves the package name; APIs will follow.
