It will allow you to refresh the invalidated Magento 2 cache(s) instantly without jumping into the System > Cache Management. Once any cache gets invalidated then a link to refresh cache will be visible in the admin top notification bar. You just have to click on the link and that's it.

Also, you can find the **Flush Invalidated Cache(s)** button under the Cache Management to refresh the invalidated cache(s) with a click.
