It will allow you to SYNC CMS static blocks and pages from one installation to other.

For example, you have created a static block on staging/development and after testing you would like to move it to the live site.

The traditional process for this is to recreate the block on live again or use some third party extension to export import it.

Using this extension you have to just HIT the Sync button.
