This is a localhost module for [rah\_bitly](https://github.com/gocom/rah_bitly), a plugin for [Textpattern CMS](https://textpattern.com). It adds `https://example.com/#` at the beginning of all published Bitly short links. This makes a permanent link pointing to a local address publishable.
