FulltextFinder

This module checks whether fulltext is available for a title. This is done via ajax.
When the fulltext finder service returns a link for the requested title, this link is displayed.

Usage
-----

Integrate the module in the `modules` directory of VuFind and activate it by adding `FulltextFinder` to `VUFIND_LOCAL_MODULES`.
When adding the module manually make sure to copy and adapt the config files and copy/symlink the theme.
