The [Puli](http://puli.io) Factory Component contains a single interface [`PuliFactory`](http://api.puli.io/latest/class-Puli.Factory.PuliFactory.html) for creating Puli's [resource repository](https://github.com/puli/repository) and [discovery](https://github.com/puli/discovery). Implementations of this class are typically generated with the [Puli CLI](https://github.com/puli/cli). If you need specialized service definitions, you should implement the interface by hand.
