Localization files for tinyMCE

[tinyMCE](https://www.tiny.cloud/) is an online rich-text editor released as open-source software under the LGPL.

This repository contains the optional files needed to localize tinyMCE in different languages.
These files are only current available as a zip file, so this repository is meant to make the available through [composer](https://getcomposer.org/).
