Integrates the English [Swoole stubs](https://packagist.org/packages/eaglewu/swoole-ide-helper) with [Phpactor](https://github.com/phpactor/phpactor).

This enables Phpactor to recognize Swoole classes and functions.

Install with `phpactor extension:install phpactor/swoole-extension`
