installation
============

select System -> Extensions -> "Manage Extension" -> "Upload Package File", upload plugin zipfile
select Components -> VirtueMart -> Payment Methods -> "New",
fill "Payment Name" (payneteasy), "Self Alias" (payneteasy), "Published (yes), select "Payment Method" (Payneteasy payment), click "Save"
click "Configuration", fill plugin settings (URL, Endpoint ID, Login, Control key), choose Mode, then click "Save"
