Migration tool for transferring the date of a OPUS 3 instance to OPUS 4.

Dieses Projekt dient dazu die Daten einer OPUS 3 Instanz in die Datenbank einer OPUS 4 Instanz zu migrieren. Für den Zugriff auf die OPUS 4 Datenbank wird das Framework verwendet.

In der Vergangenheit waren die Migrationsskripte Teil der OPUS 4 Applikation. Da immer weniger neue OPUS 4 Instanzen, migrierte Instanzen sind, wurden diese Skripte jetzt in ein separates Projekt ausgelagert.
