Install

Usage
-----

In a folder of a composer-package:

```
php -dphar.readonly=0 vendor/oleics/ac-build-phar/bin/cli.php --phar mylib.phar
```

Specify a main:

```
php -dphar.readonly=0 vendor/oleics/ac-build-phar/bin/cli.php --phar myapp.phar --require bin/cli.php
chmod +x myapp.phar
```
