Neoan is a PHP framework that follows a simple and easy to learn pattern, allowing developers to rapidly build APIs, SSR pages or hybrid solutions.

PHP is still dominating the web with no end in sight. With the experience of decades in a changing world wide web, Neoan tries to increase the joy of development with PHP while relying on the world's most common and maintainable tech stack.
