业务开发中会经常使用一些类型函数对 `array` 或者 `map` 之类 的数据容器进行处理，`laravel` 封装了 `Collection`,里面一些方法非常好用但是却依赖框架。 因此就有了这个类库，这里感谢 `hyperf` 和 `laravel` 的作者们。我只是对这两个框架代码裁剪，复制了下，可以在 `swoole`类的框架中方便引入开发业务。
