To install the extension via [Composer](http://getcomposer.org/), run

- `cd `
- `composer require nadeem0035/allow-html-tags`
- `composer install`
- `php bin/magento setup:upgrade`
- `php bin/magento setup:di:compile`
- `php bin/magento setup:static-content:deploy`
- `php bin/magento cache:clean`
- `php bin/magento cache:flush`
- make sure to set files and folder permission as well
