Run server

To run the server in **Localhost** do this in terminal : `php -S 127.0.0.1:2020` then in a web browser get the URL `http://localhost:2020/test.php`

To test the web page with the Packagist run this in terminal `php -S 127.0.0.1:2020 -t ./public` then in a web browser get the URL `http://localhost:2020/`
