mouf/utils.common.getvars

This is a legacy non-OO package and should not be used in recent developments. A simple package that provides functions to get the parameters from the request in a consistent way. The varaiables can be rerieved in a way that is independent of the php.ini configuration file. Especially, it can cancel the effect of the dreadful 'magic\_quotes' parameter.
