You need to register your site with Google Recaptcha.

Under Stores -> Configuration -> Services -> Recaptcha Configuration -> Extension Settings

Enabled -> Yes
Site Key -> from Recaptcha website
Secret Key -> from Recaptcha website

Install

Enable Module
