Данный класс является небольшим клиентом для работы с сервисом склонения слов яндекса. Класс имеет простой интерфейс доступа к данным, имеет механизм кеширования (нужно реализовать методы абстрактного класса для поддержки собственного варианта кеширования)

На данный момент имеется поддержка кеширования для 1С-Битрикс
