Login/Logout Block

This concrete5/ConcreteCMS package adds a new block type called "Login/Logout".

When added to a web page, it will display a login link (if there's no currently logged in user) or a logout link (otherwise).

You can configure this block type so that:

1. the login and/or the logout link should NOT be displayed
2. the login and/or the logout links display a custom text with the specified HTML tag
3. the login and/or the logout link contain custom HTML code
