Provides PHP `mb_*` functions.

Defines `mb_*` functions implemented by PHP 8.4 only if they do not exist (tested with `function_exists`).

Using code from `polyfills/mb-trim` : [https://github.com/PHP-Polyfills/mb\_trim](https://github.com/PHP-Polyfills/mb_trim) and other sources (Internet).
