Forked from [MasterZero/laravel-nextcloud-user-management](https://github.com/MasterZero/laravel-nextcloud-user-management)

The rest is based on [Nextcloud provisionning API](https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/16/admin_manual/configuration_user/user_provisioning_api.html) doc and Nextcloud source code. When the documentation had some lacks, I submited PR:
