Данный пакет сам по себе ничего не делает и не содержит кода.

Он лишь позволяет объявить в проекте, что используется определённая версия Битрикса, чтобы другие пакеты, могли опираться на эту информацию.

Поддерживаемая версия: `18.5.180`.

Примечание: "pre-release version" в тегах для SemVer используется, чтобы в будущем была возможность внесения правок, например, уточнить поддерживаемые конкретной версией Битрикса, конкретных версий PHP. При этом, используется метка `rc.X`.
