Installation

### 1. Enable `EzPlatformFormBuilderCountryBundle`

Edit `app/AppKernel.php`, and add

new MateuszBieniek\EzPlatformFormBuilderCountryBundle\EzPlatformFormBuilderCountryBundle(),

```

at the end of the `$bundles` array.
